Make it in photoshop, print it on cafepress and sell it. There is a market for this, lots of us geeks out there!!!

Or just have a pic of a DNA helicase and your saying. I'd buy it. :)

Awesome, I'll let you guys know if ever start selling

Part of the joke is to have the whole transcription initiation complex including TBP so that the -10 will be in that exact position ;)

I'm a little slow today...

How bad is it that I just thought "genes, hm" and then read the rest of my friends page. Didn't get the genes = jeans joke until I glanced at the cut again. Doh! Great shirt though.

Sweetness on a stick.

Or illustrator--this sort of thing might work better with vector graphics.

Apparently the Science cover shirt with the human genome map is now for sale.

You can get the DNA Helicase joke on a t-shirt on cafe press in several designs now though of course not yet with your drawing ;)

I use the name "DNA Helicase" on a social site, lol. Maybe 5% of the people that contact me actually get it.

I'll ask my labmate tomorrow... I think she has a friend who works at a screenprinter. They make the t-shirts for that tv show "Ghost Hunters."
