(no subject)

So, we have a problem in our chemical hood. We primarily use it for Phenol/Chloroform extractions, so we generate a lot of phenol/chloroform pipet tips and serological pipets. Our university policy for these tips is that the go into a solid, sealable container (i.e. must have screw-top lid). The problem is, I cannot find any containers that fit them, and the chemical safety people have no suggestions (!). I'd love to force a switch from serological pipets to a P5000 and 5000ul tips, but my lab is resistant, for whatever innane reason. Anyone know of any containers that are long enough to fit a sero pipet?
